In her fluid and compassionate style, Cecilia will guide you safely through each class. Offering modifications depending on your physical needs. Her supporting, inspiring and uplifting teaching style, allows you to expand and explore your yoga and yourself. Please bring your own yoga mat and/or yoga props (if needed).
There are two main destinations where we will spend our 8 day experience, the first in the mountains, the second along the coastal cliffs of Bali’s southern peninsula. Throughout our journey we will have the unique opportunity to intimately familiarize ourselves with the local culture.
Each day will begin with Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga practice, synchronizing breath and movement. A precisely designed asana (posture) sequence combined with smooth, deep breathing (ujjayi), energy locks (bandhas) and gaze point (dristi). You will develop strength, flexibility and balance. Achieve a calm, peaceful mind while purifying and realigning your body.
Vinyasa Flow incorporates Sun Salutation (ashtanga yoga style), standing postures, a floor sequence and a finishing sequence (inversions). Pranayama & meditation.
Then you will be given a variety of options for how you would like to spend your day.
Each Day will end with Restorative Yoga
Unwind and melt into the evening with yoga postures that help to relax, calm and renew the body. The asanas (postures) will be held for a certain amount of time. Allowing the body to ease into deep tissue, releasing tension and emotions. Followed by pranayama & meditation.
Flow through this yoga journey with an open heart & mind. Let go of the old and create space for the new. Namaste. |
