• All superior accommodations, based on double occupancy.
• 1 afternoon at Spa.

• Facility fees and tickets to all performances included on the itinerary.

Not included in Land Cost:

• International Airfare.
• Enroute activities and food at stop-over city.
• Passport, visa (which you will need to obtain on arrival for $25) and airport departure fee (150,000 Rupiahs, around $16).
• 8 lunches, and 8 dinners, to allow individual choice (we suggest bringing about $300 to $350 for this).
• Money for shopping.
• Items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, mini-bar, internet.
• Alcoholic beverages.
• Trip cancellation, travel delays, baggage insurance.
• Medical insurance.
